ZENVAL COMMUNITIES
 CIC

Community and Charitable Work

A significant part of Tim’s work is dedicated to supporting wellbeing within community and charitable environments. Through Zenval Communities CIC and partnership with the Levitas Clinic and Levitas Community CIC, programmes are delivered in accessible spaces to support individuals who may not otherwise have access to this type of guidance.

This work focuses on helping people better understand their bodies, their minds, and the everyday choices that influence health, resilience, and wellbeing.

Funding for these programmes is made possible through partnership with Levitas Community CIC, support from foundations such as the de Laszlo Foundation, and continued charitable grant funding.

Community Wellbeing Programs

Within community settings, group learning programmes explore a wide range of wellbeing topics including stress and anxiety management, sleep, nutrition, fasting and metabolic health, pain awareness, and gentle movement and exercise.

These sessions are designed to be educational and supportive rather than clinical, helping individuals living with long term illness, disability, or ongoing health challenges build greater understanding and confidence in managing their wellbeing.

The work is currently delivered across Surrey with plans to expand into additional community centres and charitable environments over time.

Men’s Groups and Community Circles

Tim also contributes to men’s wellbeing spaces and group environments that create opportunities for open conversation, reflection, and personal growth.

These gatherings bring men together to talk honestly about mental health, life pressures, relationships, and the challenges many carry quietly. The intention is to create safe spaces where men can reconnect with themselves and with one another.

Groups such as Men of Awen in Yorkshire form an important part of this work, supporting community connection, shared learning, and stronger wellbeing among men.
