Reclaiming Strength and Self Belief
When I started the programme, I had been living with MS for many years and had slowly lost trust in my body. I felt tired, withdrawn, and uncertain about what was still possible for me. The structure of the Levitas Nomad plan gave me rhythm again through fasting, training, oxygen therapy, and reflection, and I began to notice my body responding in ways I had not felt for a long time.
As the weeks went on, I felt stronger physically but also steadier mentally. I started going outside more, walking to places I had avoided, and reconnecting with life around me. The biggest shift was dignity. I no longer saw myself only through the lens of illness, but as someone capable of progress and choice again.

I came into this process already living a healthy lifestyle, but I wanted to deepen my connection with my body and take the level of care I give myself up another level.
