Transforming how people think, feel, and live through
the mind and body connection
Change is not about trying harder.
It is about understanding deeper.
At Zenval, our work centres on helping people create meaningful change, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them understand how their system works.
We look beneath behaviours and surface habits, exploring the relationship between physiology, psychology, the nervous system, and lived experience. From this place of awareness, change becomes calmer, more natural, and far more sustainable.
Zenval was founded by wellbeing coach, athlete, and speaker Tim Lodge. His work brings together scientific understanding and personal experience to support individuals, teams, and organisations through periods of transition, challenge, and growth.
We offer
One-to-one coaching programs
Community wellbeing programmes and workshops
Keynote speaking grounded in human performance and lived experience
Nutrition, fasting, and metabolic reset programmes
Pre- and post-surgery recovery support
Personalised movement and exercise planning
The focus of our work is developing clarity across mind and body.
Clients begin to understand the impact of food, energy, inflammation, stress, emotional triggers, and behavioural patterns on how they think and live. This awareness restores a sense of agency and supports lasting improvements in wellbeing, performance, and overall quality of life.
This is not about quick fixes or short term motivation.
It is a structured but deeply human framework that helps people understand themselves more clearly, respond with intention rather than react automatically, and build change that feels authentic to who they are.
Zenval does not aim to change who you are.
It helps you return to who you have always been capable of being.
If something in this work resonates, you are welcome to get in touch.
Initial conversations are informal, open, and exploratory. A space to understand where you are and whether this approach feels right for you or your community.
