For the past 7 years my life has been changing for better. Leaving a successful career in sales and marketing to train and become a high performance athlete has taught and given me many wonderful learning experiences. I have always had a natural desire to learn about new ideas and ways to make positive change. As my searches expanded I came across new therapies, new coaches and mentors. Through building these special relationships I can confirm wholeheartedly that they have made a life changing impact on my life.
My dream is to share these learning experiences with others. Showing how to best understand new methods of learning, how to adopt and implement change for the best results.
Chris McGibbon an old colleague and mentor of mine contacted me in February asking for help as he was at crossroad in his life. He had watched the changed in me and wanted to find out more.
As we worked together on a bespoke program that I had developed, Chris started to feel the change in himself. This was the start of Zenval. We wanted our methods of learning about positive change to reach as many people as possible.
At the core of the Zenval program is a community of experts and different types of learning methods for positive change. All of which helped me on my journey of living a happier and healthier life.
Zenval puts together a simple and effective way of being taught, guided and motivated to reach your goals.
At Zenval we deliver life learning workshops on exercise and nutrition, mindfulness practices, mental health support, managing changing, mental resilience and time management. We follow up these workshops with either group or individual 12 week life learning programs. These skills will then stay with you for life.
We have corporate clients that want to teach and motivate their teams and individuals who want to change so they can live a happy, rich and meaningful life.
