Tim can present and then guide you through the life experiences of change and transformation using the knowledge and expertise of the Zenval Community.
Tim was born with Gros Talipes, a severe disability in both feet whereby his feet were at a 90 degree angles to his legs. Despite having over 50 anaesthetics to correct his disability he has always striven for success. Tim had a successful career at director level in sales and marketing spanning 20 years until 2013 when he received a phone call that would change his life forever.
Throughout his life he has struggled at times from anxiety and depression, fuelled by destructive behaviours. This left
him feeling that he lacked purpose and connection to his career, friends and family.
The call in 2013 was from a canoeing coach to ask if he wanted to come back to try and become and athlete at the age of 41. As a child he paddled a canoe competitively but hadn’t been in boat since he was 18.
Through the last 8 years Tim has transformed his life, accepted his past and is on a journey of self discovery. He has won medals Nationally & Internationally for Great Britain. Now is the time for Tim to impart his knowledge of change and transformation to others to help them to live a rich full and meaningful life.
Chris started technology company Rimilia in 2008 having successfully climbed the corporate business ladder for 20 years. The start-up business grew rapidly and in 10 years the company went from a back bedroom to over 100 staff servicing clients in 25 countries globally. This was achieved not only from a passion and drive to succeed, but by Performance through People, developing people and providing room to grow in a supportive culture & environment.
Chris has a wealth of experience in business excellence and brings a very real people focused insight to how to manage yourself better based on ACT and other tried and tested models.
In February this year Chris needed guidance and had seen the change and transformation that had taken place in Tim. He wanted to understand more about it. Tim guided Chris through some practical learning exercises which helped Chris move forward. It was then that Chris wanted to invest in Tim and enable other people to gain the insight and transformation that he had seen. Zenval was born.
Tye has had the great fortune to learn from many incredible teachers and gurus allowing her to hone her craft and deepen her respect, interest and experience of yoga and energetic healing.

Drew Povey is an influential leadership authority with a unique multi sector viewpoint on creating innovative and sustainable change. He has over twenty years’ experience working in elite level sport, education and corporates.
Jenna is a STOTT® Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher (200hr) and Reiki Master. She also founded the fusion format BOXILATES® which marries her love of Pilates with fitness Boxing. She has been the manager of Wellbeing for the Tallala Retreat in Sri Lanka since 2017 and a great depth and knowledge of helping people maximise their full potential.
Jonathan White draws on his experience as a 19 year old Commissioned Officer in the Royal Marines. On patrol in Afghanistan Jon stepped on an Improvised Explosive Device and lost three limbs. Since 2010 he has been on the road to recovery, helping himself to heal physically and emotionally through seeking new challenges and proving that a determined mind can break down any barrier that is put in front of you.
Karen Adams is an energy intuitive, Pranic Healer, Reiki Master and mindset coach. She believes that changing your thinking and mindset can transform your life.
Karen helps clients reconnect with their true authentic self, using tools including energy healing, coaching and self-enquiry. Richard has collected over 10 years of experience working at the highest level in professional sport and now works privately with elite athletes and corporate clients seeking to enhance and optimise their health and well-being through exercise and performance nutrition programmes.
Sontaan Hopson has a deep passion for bringing health & wellbeing to all people, big & small!
Her own personal life experiences saw her dive deep into the wellness sector, where she found a love as a practitioner for meditation, yoga & holistic therapies.
Her work as an actress & providing joy & happiness to children in hospitals helped shape her own children’s wellness company, Little Zen Monsters. An online site providing all things zen for kids where she writes her own children’s meditations.
Bringing mindfulness & meditation in a fun, easy & engaging way is something very close to her heart, as she knows first hand the benefits of this beautiful work & the difference it can make to the body, mind & spirit.
